Director of Nonproliferation Policy | Arms Control Association

Kelsey Davenport is the Director for Nonproliferation Policy at the Arms Control Association. Her focus is on the nuclear and missile programs in Iran and North Korea, nonproliferation and nuclear terrorism. Davenport reports for Arms Control Today and is the lead author of P4+1 and Iran Nuclear Deal Alert newsletter which monitors and assess developments from the Iran Nuclear Deal. She also authors the North Korea Denuclearization Digest, a newsletter which documents negotiations with North Korea. Davenport is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the National Committee on North Korea. She received her MA in Peace Studies from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame. Davenport holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Butler University.
